We want you to love your purchase! However, please note the following:

• No returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made just for you.
• Digital products (including downloads and templates) are non-refundable once purchased.
• If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
