Decorated Tape Measure

Using a variety of techniques, including gluing, even count peyote, netting and fringing, create a tape measure that is your own. With a Painted Lady as the feature, add your own beads, decorations and flair and you'll have a beautifully beaded tape measure. Perfect for a gift for a crafter, or to have in your own beading stash.

You will need a variety of beads (delicas, seed beads - size 11/15), small decorative beads and 3mm rounds/crystals to complete this project, along with a 2 inch flat cabochon and a tape measure.

Please note: This tutorial is not for a beginner beader. You need to have knowledge of peyote stitch and netting stitch and the ability to determine colour choices and options.
